Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your Graito account and data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed. This page works even if you've already uninstalled it.

What happens next
- Requests are reviewed and processed within 7 days of submission.
- Once processed, your profile, goals, check-ins, posts, messages, and all other account data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Some information may be retained beyond deletion where required by law — for example, transaction records needed for tax or accounting purposes.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion, since account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by those platforms.
