These Terms of Service govern your use of Graito. Graito is a personal wellness tracking app — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Graito.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
3. Subscription
New users get a 21-day free trial of Graito Plus. Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Cancel anytime.
4. Health Disclaimer
Graito does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
5. Prohibited Use
Do not use Graito for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to reverse-engineer the app.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, India.

8. Account Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed, by visiting graito.ai/delete-account or emailing support@graito.ai with the subject "Account deletion request." Requests are processed within 7 days. Some information may be retained beyond deletion where required by applicable law.
